Xtrapure Labs — Shipping Policy
Xtrapure Labs LLC is committed to processing, shipping, and delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. We offer a variety of shipping methods at checkout, and orders totaling more than $50 in a single transaction qualify for free standard shipping within the contiguous United States. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories do not qualify for free shipping and may incur additional charges based on the weight, size, or destination of the package.
Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours before leaving our fulfillment center. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. PST will begin processing on the next business day. Processing times may vary during holidays, peak periods, product launches, weather events, or other circumstances that may impact fulfillment speed.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. Shipping carriers may take additional time to update tracking details, and delivery estimates provided at checkout are based on carrier timelines and are not guaranteed. Xtrapure Labs is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, incorrect addresses entered at checkout, or other factors outside of our control.
Customers in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other non-contiguous regions should be aware that delivery times may be longer and shipping surcharges may apply. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before your order is completed.
