At Xtrapure Labs LLC, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. Because our products are consumable dietary supplements, all sales are considered final once shipped. For safety, purity, and compliance reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used, or partially used products under any circumstances. This ensures that every item shipped from our facility maintains the highest possible quality standards.
However, we do offer a 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, which allows eligible customers to request a refund within 30 days of delivery if they are not satisfied with their purchase. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the shipment. We may request photos, documentation, or additional information to verify the problem. Once verified, we will either replace the affected item or issue a refund to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if the issue cannot be confirmed.
If your shipment is lost in transit, shows no tracking updates, or is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please notify us as soon as possible. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate the issue. Final resolution may depend on the carrier’s findings. Xtrapure Labs is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrectly entered, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses. Replacement shipments or refunds for such orders are provided at our discretion.
If a package is returned to us because the shipping address provided was incorrect or undeliverable, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment. Original shipping fees are non-refundable for all orders, including expedited shipping options.
Approved refunds may take 5–7 business days to appear on your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.
