As a lifelong athlete, former varsity hockey player, content creator, and entrepreneur, I’ve always lived at the intersection of health, confidence, and relentless ambition. Over the years, I tried every supplement under the sun—every “test booster,” metabolism enhancer, strength formula, and wellness blend on the market. And time after time, I ran into the same frustrating truth: 99% of the supplement industry sells underdosed formulas, weak extracts, or hype with no real results behind it.
